Our lead Attorney, Mrs. Jodi-Kay Kerr was called to the Jamaican Bar in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the West Indies, Mona, which she obtained with honours in 2016, and subsequently completed the Certificate of Legal Education at the Norman Manley Law School.


Jodi maintains a diverse practice with particular expertise in conveyancing, estate planning, probate and administration of estates, civil litigation, family law, criminal defence, and corporate and commercial law. This broad range of experience enables her to provide comprehensive and practical legal solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.

She is certified in Corporate Governance and Enterprise Risk Management and brings a strong governance and compliance perspective to her corporate advisory work.
In addition to her practice, Jodi has served as a lecturer at the Paralegal Training Institute since 2023. She is currently pursuing qualification as a licensed life insurance agent and training to become a certified Data Protection practitioner.
